🕒 Return & Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
📦 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

It must include the original packaging (tags, bags, and labels).

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
Once your order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
You may be asked to provide photos of the issue for faster resolution.
🔄 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to availability).

📬 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
For expensive or international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
🕰 Extended Refund Request Period
If your order hasn’t arrived after the guaranteed delivery period (30 days), you may request a refund within 30 additional days by contacting us through our Contact Us page.
